The City General Services Officer formulates measures for the consideration of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and provides technical assistance and support to the City Mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of general services and related activities such as the possible imminent destruction or damage to records, supplies, properties and structure materials or debris, particularly during and in the aftermath of man-made and natural calamities.
